Chamomile and honey soften the cognac into something you drink with the lights down. One flower, frozen mid-air, and nothing else.

Method


  1. 01

    Shake all ingredients with ice for 12 seconds.

  2. 02

    Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

  3. 03

    Set the flower ice cube in the center of the glass.
