Midnight Frost

Blackberry and sage go nearly black in the glass — the darkest drink of the season, and the one that disappears fastest after eleven.

Method

  1. 01

    Muddle the blackberries gently in the shaker.

  2. 02

    Add vodka, sage syrup and lime, shake hard with ice.

  3. 03

    Double-strain into a frost-rimmed glass.

Garnish

Sage “tree” garnish and a frosted rim.
