Winter Grove

A maple old-fashioned that spent the afternoon in a stand of bare trees. The leaf-shaped ice is the only decoration it needs.

Method

  1. 01

    Stir whiskey, maple and bitters with ice for 25 seconds.

  2. 02

    Strain over the maple leaf ice cube.

  3. 03

    Express the orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
