Silver Bells


A pear-and-ginger sour dressed for the carol it's named after. The dehydrated pear rings ring like little bells when the glass is set down.

Method


  1. 01

    Freeze the glass until visibly frosted.

  2. 02

    Shake vodka, pear liqueur, ginger syrup and lemon with ice for 12 seconds.

  3. 03

    Strain into the frosted glass.
