Blue Spruce


Butterfly pea tea takes the gin from deep blue to twilight violet the moment lime hits it. Named for the tree nobody can pronounce but everybody buys.

Method


  1. 01

    Shake gin, butterfly pea tea and simple syrup with ice.

  2. 02

    Strain into a chilled glass.

  3. 03

    Add the lime juice at the pass and let the color shift in the glass.
